This monthly zine is a long format, tangible newsletter filled with stories, invitations, art, and transmissions on how everything reorganizes in response to true, authentic PRESENCE: Identity, systems, abundance, and energy.
I've been a spiritual director, guide and mentor for over 20 years, and in the last 5 years I've started teaching on the mechanics of egalitarian sovereignty, living a lusciously creative life through work we love, what it means to really be of service, and slowing down enough to SAVOR! Service based entrepreneurial practices have high potential for burn out, people pleasing -- and power-over dynamics, and the aim of this publication is to serve other practitioners (and anyone interested in these topics) by sharing stories of experience and invitations to consider as a way of deepening into more wellness as people who hold others hearts.

PRACTICE PLANNER
We Become What We Practice
This open-date planner is curated for the 2025-2026 year, and is organized quarterly, by season, with resources for creating and sustaining a daily or otherwise regular practice. The planner begins in Spring, mirroring Earth’s energetics of beginning, but it’s structured so you can drop into it at any time by starting (or restarting) in whatever season/quarter you’re in at that moment. If you need a period of rest from practice or tracking, you won’t lose anything – this resource is always ready for your return.Each quarter is held by a theme and the energetics of place.

This is a printable PDF file of the second run of 30 Days Of Practice.
This course is centered around Lectio Divina, an ancient gazing practice. The words Lectio Divina mean "Sacred Reading," and has been used as a way to encounter both inner and outer divinity. This practice is not about making something "perfect," but rather creating from the well within and seeing what emerges, which is often very beautiful, and which may lead to creating a body of work of 30 faces in 30 days.
This workbook includes an invitation, 30 reference pictures and an invitation to experiment with a particular technique each day. Each invitation is set up to take about 20 - 30 minutes each day.
