The truth:
Reality is more MALLEABLE than you’ve been taught.
Which means eventually you have to confront your participation in maintaining the reality you keep experiencing.
Not because you caused everything that happened to you.
But because there comes a point when what was inherited becomes what is continually rehearsed.
If you don't CONSCIOUSLY participate in creating your reality, you will UNCONSCIOUSLY participate in maintaining the one you've inherited.

The Anomalous Hero's Leadership Council is the round table in the house of the Matriarch of Imagination.
This is the room for seasoned leaders across disciplines who aren't looking for another standardized model for leadership formation, but a place sophisticated enough for the full range of who you are and consequential enough for what you’re here to make.
You aren't coming here to become anomalous.
You already are.
You're coming here to stop relegating your anomaly to the private corners of your life and begin allowing it to shape your leadership, your work, your art, your decisions, and the systems and culture you touch.
When you emerge from this year-long quest having walked beside other potent inter-industry leaders, you will embody the anomaly that leads from possibility and full spectrum access to your power to be present, which will render you into the most impactful leader in your field.
Everyone has access to strategy (google it, maybe? lol)— nearly no one has the confidence to navigate thinking for themselves in a world that has tech to do that for us.
And what’s REALLY powerful? Knowing your most original thoughts, your capacity for imagining something new — and then bringing tech and strategy into the process as collaborator, rather than using tech and strategy as a beige, sloppy crutch.
Our focus is building leadership from inside to outside — and to do that we’ll lean on these three pillars:

It’s time for a change of the guard, and we, the ANOMALOUS HERO’S are the ONES to lead that charge.
When we OWN and AUTHOR our anomalous paths, we DISRUPT with purpose, we CREATE novel solutions to the novel problems and we BUILD at legacy levels with our Creator given anomalous design instead of against it.
Some of us do not, will not, will never fit into the Traditional Hero’s Journey.
We are the Anomalous Hero’s.
We’ve metabolized the expectations and identities formed in a Traditional Hero’s world, and stopped trying to be the hero in others stories.
We’ve alchemized our REBELLION —the parts that PUSH, leave, dismantle for the thrill of it. The parts that fly under the radar and hope to either not get caught, or be recognized for our covert genius. This is an important stage — and, it’s not the end.
Now it’s time for our primary allegiance to be with emergence.
To shift to another octave of leadership by GENERATIVELY destroying and dissolving that which can NO LONGER hold you — even if something is objectively successful if it’s asking you to abandon your full expression in order to belong.
We, The Anomalous Hero’s belong to the unknown — and that’s beckoning us through our longings to become something unprecedented. To be DEVOTED to HUGE, unreasonable, even a little delulu vision of what’s possible — rather than falling into the consensus enraptured with apocalypse and maintaining the agreed upon familiar.
It’s time to make contact with our deepest longings and the exiled parts of ourselves and bring them into conscious light so that we lead ourselves with integrity — and lead others into greater vision and embodiment.
I’ve been the Mother of The Weirdo Nerds, the Queer kids, The ADHD creatives…. even inmates, elders with dementia, and Trouble-Making Tricksters for over 25 years.
I have a SUPER high threshold for the things that others run out of bandwidth for, and have been designing things to support the fringe-dwellers because I KNEW at some point it would be OUR TIME. (cue The Goonies — “Up there, it’s their time, it’s THEIR time, up there. Down here, it’s our time, it’s OUR time down here.”)
For real tho. It’s our time. And, it’s our time to BE UP THERE.

We’re the ones SKILLED at what’s needed in this precise moment in time.
All the trauma we faced and metabolized expanded our nervous systems. While the cool kids were clubbing and eating sushi, we were doing the hard shit of figuring out who we REALLY are, and creating better worlds and lives in our heads.
We’ve been called REBELS.
I don’t stand by that definition. Rebels eventually become that which they’re pushing against. We’re Anomalies. We see what other’s are not seeing, and birth what seems impossible. Our rhythms confound systemic thinkers. We generate miracles on the regular.
We’ve been gathering our potency, and NOW IS THE TIME to emerge and steward the resources and shape culture in service to ALL INVOLVED.
And I’m the one qualified to hold the table where we gather to expand our capacity for creating what does not yet exist.

This is not really a Mastermind.
There are mastermind elements —as in, this round table of Anomalous Hero’s is curated to a STANDARD of embodiment and brilliance like a mastermind.
AND , a seat at this table is an ACTIVATION of what has been kept locked away — A portal for bringing the EXILED parts home.
It names what has been kept at bay, silenced, shamed — and CELEBRATES it so relentlessly that you won’t be able to ignore your greatest gifts or mutate your capacity in ways that exhaust you any longer.
