❋ Potent framework

There are 40+ modules of material relevant to being a skilled and formationally attuned companion and guide in 1:1 and group settings. The material in these chambers is the result of a potent distillation of years of experiential research and direct experience of holding 100’s of hearts with great care in the field. 

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. It can be confronting to work in small groups, to pause in between each share and not just jump in with response, story, or a tissue. The circle is a most potent teacher and activator in this formational process. It will show you the edges of your ego — both where you play small and big, and offer you huge medicine if you can lean into the circle as a teacher.

Led by Meg, an award winning community leader with 20 years of experience in space holding, facilitation and teaching, you will be personally and expertly guided from the shadows of Nigredo to the integration of Lapis prepared to step into alchemical companionship and guidance. 

❋ A Supportive Space

Much of this process allows you to move at a pace that matches your evolution and rate of metabolism of the material. Each apprentice is expected to finish the coursework before ordination — and this program is built to be sustainable with your life, including unexpected seasons of change and growth.

This offering is unlike any other.

First, we bring your shadows into the foreground, and get REALLY close with them because your greatest gifts and your most relatable medicine is buried within them. People ACTUALLY come to you for the medicine and gifts hiding in your shadows — and we often miss that and try to make offerings we think people want instead of doing the work to get right with our truest, most potent medicine. Let’s shift that.

Then we synthesize ALL of your experiences, all of who you REALLY are into an undeniable, category-of-one, go to authority of your unique modality. YOU are the modality, and this formational process will reveal who you truly are.

The Structure

The Alchemy Apprenticeship is a 15 month experiential peer-apprenticeship for personal spiritual formation and skill learning/sharing to be effective and ethical as spiritual companion for others. We’ll drop into sound healing (primarily through breath and voice), vision work (including journey work, dream encountering, and refining clairvoyance ability) and hands on healing. 

Each participant will be intimately mentored by Meg in recognizing their unique modality and bringing their work to the world. 

Convocation

We’ll meet and set the tone and make agreements. 

Group Meets

We’ll meet twice a month, usually on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month for about 120 mins. 

Four Retreats

We will meet four times in person to share what can only be shared in physical presence, including Reiki attunements

These sessions are quantum accelerators. Nothing is off limits. Everything is approached through the spiritual direction model being trained. 

Practicum

To complete Soul Friend, candidates will be required to fulfill 25 hours of Practicum.

This can look like:

1:1 sessions

Circle / Group Work

Community Service in a way that clearly brings the tenants of this model of Alchemy work into practice. 

Projects

Candidates are also expected to complete a final project and create a recorded module on a topic of their choosing that will be shared with future Alchemy Apprentices. 

Ordination

Upon completing all requirements, candidates will receive ordination from both Meg and the cohort. Ordination truly comes from within — and from being appointed by community as a ceremonial acknowledgement of the call and maturation to step into the call as a steward and in service to the community and world at large.

The Inner Structure

We will move through the Hermetic arc of alchemy: Nigredo, Albedo, Citrinitas, Rubedo and Lapis. Each of these stages touch on soul states and move us into relationship with the elements, ultimately leading us into the center. 

Nigredo is the Shadowlands. We will traverse the inner landscape through the energy centers in the body and find the storylines that are unconsciously ruling the day and obstructing the view of our gifts that have been hiding in the shadows.

Albedo is Illumination. We make our way out of the shadows, and begin the spirals of integration, finding new ground through establishing a rhythm of practice.

Citrinitas is where things begin to intensify, and where permission begins to be sourced from within.

Rubedo is the sweetening, where our modality ripens and we bring our gifts into action.

And, Lapis is where we make our way into the world, hang our shingle and perfectly/imperfectly begin!

How It Works

  • See the application HERE‍ and fill it out.

  • After reviewing your application, Meg will reach out to you and book a call to ensure both parties are mutually a good fit.

  • If both parties are a full bodied “yes!” to the program, you’ll receive a contract agreement to sign. You would then review, sign and send over your deposit.

  • Then the work begins.

    Actually, it begins long before you walk through the door, but we’ll celebrate and warmly welcome you in and create a time to meet in convocation as the cohort expands.
