Imagine: Italy. We’re gathering our lunch supplies from 3 different shops where the goods were handcrafted that morning, in fact the bread is still warm! We’re making our way down cobble stone pathways to the beach where we will savor our meal, rest and prepare to drop into a contemplative art exercise where you will encounter something potent and true from your own inner world. We’ll then make our way back to the opulent living quarters, where the sensual reality of the day before now has room to seep into your bones and become you. We’ll rest for a bit, and then move into a practice that clears trauma from the DNA through re-patterning the nervous system….
